Alan Moghul

Originally trained in Pathology, Dr. Moghul worked in the cancer research field at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and the Pennsylvania State University. He was an adjunct professor of Biology in the late 1990s prior to working in the public health field (both for-profit and non-profit) in Washington, D.C., for 23 years. He has volunteered on Presidential political campaigns in the early 2000s, and most recently ran a small business on the Maryland Eastern Shore.
Alan Moghul is Co-founder and Executive Director of The National Vote. The National Vote’s mission is to replace the Electoral College with the direct election of the President and Vice President by amending the U.S. Constitution.
