Joyce Williams

Joyce Williams is a member of the League of Women Voters of the La Grange Area, where she has served as Director of Voter Registration and as a board member. Joyce is a founding member of the LWV Deerfield Electoral College Committee, created during the 2017 biennial convention of the LWV of Illinois. She has given presentations to multiple audiences, including LWVIL and LWVUS conventions, about why the Electoral College must be replaced with a direct, national vote for President and Vice-President.
Joyce had a 30-year career in advertising and marketing research, so she is very comfortable with statistical and census-based analyses. She is grateful to the League for providing her with opportunities to use her professional skills for the benefit of our country.
