Kathleen Kenny is a lifelong active citizen who is passionate about raising awareness of important issues and exercising one’s right to vote. She has been serving on the board of the League of Women Voters of Illinois since 2019 and is currently serving as Vice President of LWVIL Voter Service.
Kathy has worked as an accounting manager in a variety of corporate, private, non-profit, and startup organizations. She holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago. The mother of 5 grown children, she has lived in the Naperville area for the past 30 years and has held many volunteer and leadership positions related to local and school organizations. When not working to raise civic engagement, she enjoys biking the beautiful Illinois trails.
