Mr. Andrew Conneen is a long-time Government teacher at A.E.Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, IL. He is also advisor to the school’s Political Action Club. His students are responsible for proposing and following through on the bill that is now Illinois law that allows 17 year-old persons, who will turn 18 years of age by the date of the general election, to register and vote in the preceding primaries.
