CHICAGO, IL, September 16, 2024 – As we approach the 2024 Presidential Election on Tuesday, November 5, misinformation and disinformation are sowing division and seeds of distrust that suppress voting and undermine the entire electoral process. Sharing or responding to false information only increases its visibility and contributes to the spread!
How can you fight back? Visit our Election Facts Toolkit for accurate voting information to share with everyone you know. In the election toolkit, you can:
Share or download social media graphics and share to your networks
Download and print our Election Facts infographics and flyers and take them to places such as your local library, government offices, community centers and places of worship
Email or text our Election Facts to friends
Your local election authority is the most accurate and up-to-date source of information about elections—visit their website for when, where and how to vote in Illinois.
